Lisbon High School will be using a Google Form this year 2024-2025 to register students to participate in athletics. Using the Google Form will quickly allow for digital organization and processing further allowing a smooth and fast registration process. Please upload most recent physical with registration or drop off at high school. Athletes will not be able to practice unless we have one on file.
If you need a physical and can't get into your doctor prior to preseason you could contact Concentra in Lewiston. They perform sports physicals.
